The FCS Child Care Scholarship provides childcare assistance to low-income single mothers pursuing a first time Associate or Bachelor's degree, or a certificate from an approved program. Funded by foundation and corporate contributions, the FCS Scholarship pays childcare tuition for infants through pre-school aged children for up to 36 weeks during the student's academic year. The student must have earned at least a 2.5 GPA in her previous school year or a B+ average in her last year of high school to be eligible. Currently, FCS supports students residing in Pennsylvania.
